Easy Ordering
Grand Design provides a customized web site for ordering. Every product is assigned a sku number and will ship within 24 hours. Orders are double checked to assure accuracy. If there are any problems, we’ll make it right—from issuing credits to sending call tags to franchisees. They don’t have to worry about anything—they can focus on selling.
Order Tracking
Grand Design offers UPS, FedEx, Airborne, and USPS. Orders are entered into our system electronically. Franchisees are notified by email of orders being entered and are given a tracking number when they leave the warehouse. We believe open communication is key to providing the highest level of customer service possible.
Affordable Pricing
Grand Design orders in large volume to keep individual item cost down for distribution. Franchisees can now have affordable full color items without having to order enough to last a lifetime.
